Mike Terry Mike Terry is a businessman and philanthropist. At age 26, after his father's death, Mike took over operations of the family pest control business. Mike operated and eventually owned the business from 1972 until 1997, turning it into a leading business force in North Texas known as Terminix, Inc. After selling Terminix in the late 1990's, Mike started M. Terry Enterprises, Inc. where he is still the President and CEO, and in 2006 he co-founded The Mike and Mary Terry Family Foundation.

Tom Gilbert, CPA Tom began his career with Dallas-based CPA firm, Saville, Dodgen & Company. He specialized in income tax planning, compliance and financial advisory services for closely held companies and high net worth individuals. In eight years, Tom became a partner of the firm and, in 2003, Tom became the managing partner of the firm. In 2006, Tom took on the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer for M. Terry Enterprises, Inc. which manages the Terry family's investments and holdings.
