  • The ongoing fulfillment of our mission will be based upon earning the respect, trust and friendship of our residents on a daily basis.

Operations Overview

McFarlin Group's people have experience in the start-up and ongoing operations of assisted living facilities and senior housing. McFarlin Group has developed all of the components necessary to profitability grow its business - as well as the business of owners who contract with us for management services. These components include superior marketing planning and initiatives, employee training manuals, employee handbooks, operational manuals, policies and procedures, rules and regulations, food ordering and menu procedures, legal and regulatory requirements. We work with third-party firms, when needed or as necessary, to assist us to implement these programs above. It is the value of these things and the skill to implement them that give McFarlin Group, and owners who contract with us for management services, the ability to reach profitability and success in a relatively short period of time.

McFarlin Group brings substantial and meaningful experience in assisted living and memory care projects to the planning, development and management of communities. This experience base includes:

  • Developed more than 20 senior living projects representing over $500 million in total asset value.
  • Currently developing new communities with total value in excess of $30 million.
  • Marketing senior housing units.
