Operations Overview McFarlin Group's people have experience in the start-up and ongoing operations of assisted living facilities and senior housing. McFarlin Group has developed all of the components necessary to profitability grow its business - as well as the business of owners who contract with us for management services. These components include superior marketing planning and initiatives, employee training manuals, employee handbooks, operational manuals, policies and procedures, rules and regulations, food ordering and menu procedures, legal and regulatory requirements. We work with third-party firms, when needed or as necessary, to assist us to implement these programs above.
