Dallas, Texas - McFarlin Group , a Dallas based developer, owner and operator serving the senior housing market, is pleased to announce the hiring of Josh Rosen. Mr. Rosen joins McFarlin as its Vice President of Planning and Development. Prior to joining McFarlin, Mr. Rosen was employed by Greystone Communities as a Senior Associate. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas AM University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
Mr. Rosen has over three years of experience in senior housing, market analytics and financial modeling. He will be responsible for market analysis of potential opportunities, financial analysis of new developments and the project management for new projects. Mr. Rosen had been working with the Company for the past year in a consulting role.
