Orchard Park of Kyle is another development under the Orchard Park group of communities. McFarlin Group, along with it's joint venture partner Stroud Development, will serve as the owner and developer of the project. The community will be managed by Meridian Senior Living. Construction will commence in 2011 with first resident occupancy in 2012.
