Senior housing developer McFarlin Group and its joint venture partner, Caddis Partners, are pleased to announce the financing and immediate commencement of construction of Orchard Park of Murphy, a 97-bed senior assisted living and Alzheimer’s community in Murphy, Texas. Orchard Park of Murphy, located at 210 W. FM 544 between Brand Road and Murphy Road, is planned to open in Fall of 2012. Upon completion of construction, Orchard Park of Murphy will serve 57 assisted living residents and a separate secured wing will serve 33 Alzheimer’s and dementia care residents. Orchard Park of Murphy will also offer three internal and beautifully landscaped courtyards, fitness, beauty spa, wellness and recreation areas and a therapy room. Love Funding Corporation was the HUD insured lender. Weis Builders, Inc.. is the General Contractor.
