![]() | Matt Johnson Matt is a veteran of the seniors housing industry and has spent the past ten years working in senior living marketing, finance and development. Prior to forming McFarlin Group in early 2008 with Dustin Pridmore, Matt was a Vice President with Greystone Communities, Inc. in Irving, Texas. From 2001 to 2003 Matt was a Regional Marketing Manager responsible for definition of resident programs and marketing and initial leasing to residents for various CCRC projects across the United States. From 2003 to 2008 Matt led the planning and structuring new senior living projects, coordinated and directed development and construction activities and coordinated pre-opening and fill-up operational activities (including all licensures). Matt has had overall responsibility for senior living start-up projects with project budgets ranging from approximately $15 million to $240 million. Matt has overseen the planning and/or development of over 20 CCRCs in 14 states with total debt exceeding $500 million. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University. Matt and his wife Sara have two boys Case (5 years) and Cole (4 years).

![]() | Dustin Pridmore Dustin has extensive experience in finance and development in the seniors housing industry and is certified as an Assisted Living Manager. Prior to forming McFarlin, Dustin was a Manager at Greystone Communities, Inc. and was responsible for leading the planning, coordinating development, structuring and financing of non-profit senior living projects. Dustin has completed financings for over $250 million in project costs with tax-exempt debt. Dustin also led efforts to complete filings to obtain necessary regulatory approvals (e.g. IRS 501(c)(3), state licensing agencies and issuing authorities). Prior to joining Greystone Communities Inc., Dustin worked for Accenture, a global management consulting, technology services and outsourcing company. Dustin graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, he played Division I soccer, captained the team and earned four varsity letters. Dustin and his wife Melissa are both long-time residents of Dallas, have two daughers, Kennedy and Bailey, a son, Owen, and are actively involved in various not-for-profit organizations in the area.

![]() | Josh Rosen Josh spent two years working in senior living finance and development with Greystone Communities, Inc. prior to joining McFarlin Group. Josh’s primary responsibilities at Greystone included assisting with business and development planning, strategic planning and financial advisory services for not-for-profit senior living providers. Prior to Greystone, Josh worked at Archon Group, a Goldman Sachs company, and was focused in real estate investment management. Josh graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University. |
![]() | Marco DePalma Marco DePalma has twenty five years of experience in senior living design and development and onsite construction management which allows him to interact with architects, engineers and contractors equally, while maintaining a keen appreciation for budget, constructability and schedule constraints. Marco has joined McFarlin Group as a professional affiliate through his company, The Belaire Group, LLC. Most recently, Marco was Corporate Vice President at Greystone Communities, Inc. and Vice President and Regional Manager for a construction company. He is experienced in all aspects of the construction industry including marketing, management, and on-site construction coordination. His extensive experience offers a wide range of knowledge, from conceptual design assistance to on-site owner’s representation during all phases of construction. Marco’s eclectic work experience on projects includes extensive development of CCRC’s, new hospital construction, corporate headquarters, pharmaceutical facilities, office buildings, middle income housing, rail station renovations, school fire code and ADA update and historical restoration of land mark buildings. Marco received an A.A. in Architecture from Norwalk Technical College, a B.S. in International Business, and an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Bridgeport. |
